Archival Community Digitization Program 2009-2010

If your institution received funding through the 2009-2010 ACDP, please download the Interim Report Template to be completed and sent back to the Canadian Council of Archives by January 15th, 2010.

The Final Report Template must be completed by June 30th, 2010.

Here is the link to the Financial Report (Annex B), which is due no later than July 31st, 2010.

The Indicators of Reach and User Satisfaction should be provided no later than six months after the launch of your project. Please use this template: ACDP Performance Indicators.

Please send these reports in electronic format to sgirard@archivescanada.ca

You must also send us, by mail or courier, two copies of any promotional items or advertising material produced during your project no later than two weeks after the launch of your project.
