If your institution received funding through the 2008-2009 ACDP, please find the Final Report Template for you to complete by June 30th, 2009. Please send this report in electronic format to sgirard@archivescanada.ca

We will also need to receive by mail or courier two copies of any promotional items or advertising material produced regarding your project by this same deadline.

Here is the link to the Financial Report (Annex A), which is due no later than July 31st, 2009. The Indicators of Reach and User Satisfaction should be provided no later than December 31st, 2009. Please use this template: ANNEX B – CMF Performance Report. Please send it to sgirard@archivescanada.ca in electronic format after completion.
